This weekend, I went to work on my taxes. For those of you who don't drop them off at H&R Block and who prefer to do them yourself, I recommend TurboTax. I finished the Fed Tax return today, and there was one major new thing I was surprised at. They now give you the option of deducting either state income tax or state/local sales tax. Incredibly useful for those of you who bought new cars or hybrids this year.
