One of the phrases that Naruto uses quite often is "Datte bayo".
In Japanese, there are many ways of ending a sentence -- one of the most common is desu, which loosely translated in english as the verb "to be". Desu is the polite form, while da is normal form. Naruto isn't exactly the most polite character, so he uses normal form of spealking. The --tte ending of da indicates that something is occuring at the moment, while the bayo is a phrase that puts emphasis on what was said before. A common English analog would be the phrase "you know".
In the English dub of Naruto, this is translated as "Believe it!", though I think a more emphatic "you know" could serve the same purpose.
