I'm not going to say who did or didn't have plastic surgery but most of those pictures are not fair comparisons. Many times in that little film you had 1 shot either before or after that was softly lit and professionally retouched, the other was a poperatzi shot. Also some of the shots were of teenagers vs adults. People change a lot between 18 and 25 just naturally or with diet and exercise.
